Before shot of a home that was originally just getting a ridge cap replacement

Here is a close up of the roof pre re-roof, you can see the moss and the warbles in the roof from the rotten OSB sheeting.

Great example of white mold on OSB sheeting, thyis is one issue that can arise from a leaky roof.

Sadly there were no air spacers so the insulation could not breathe.

Once the shingles were removed you can see how the OSB warped and rotted.

see the line between the skylights, this a caused by the OSB sheeting swelling due to a leak in the Ridge Glass Capping

Scary,when we opened this roof, we discovered there were no vent spacers installed, leading to mold, sadly we see this too often, bad ventilation

Here we intalled venting into the attic that wasnt previously there, this lack of ventilation lead to mold in the attic

This was a tough job, started out as a ridge glass replacement, turned into a whole re roof because of rot and mold

The customer wanted to spice up the entry, so this is what we did

Custom cedar lining inside.

Some beautiful cedar to the inside of this entry to really set it off..

These beefy beams really make the entry stand out.

This cedar dormer keeps you dry and looks great!

Nice solid base for the dormer.
